Shipping Information

Shipping to Australia and New Zealand only

All items are shipped via Australia Post. 

I will usually post by 4.30pm weekdays.
I have a Posting Box just around the corner so if your item is being sent regular parcel and fits in the parcel slot it will be posted within an hour or two of me receiving the order.

It is the buyers responsibility to select the type of postage they require. i.e. signed for, registered, express etc.

All items posted via Australia Post now have a tracking ID which will be included in an email confirming posting of the order.

Once Australia Post marks an item as delivered or awaiting collection by the customer I will consider it as delivered as it is then the customers responsibility to chase up any problems according to AP.

NO returns are to be sent until contact has been made via email.
Refunds will only be offered in the same way that payment was made, i.e. if you pay via Paypal you get refunded via Paypal.

If the item is wrong because of your choice, postage is NOT refundable.

If I have made a mistake then payment will be fully refunded, including return postage.

Customers are solely responsible for entering the correct shipping address at purchase. Items returned because of incorrect information being entered will not be re-shipped until postage has been paid again.
